There are ways to control the colony's numbers better than forcing your beavers to sleep on the ground. We want to see hundreds of beavers running their errands without the game having a hiccup, and it’s a huge undertaking. It's clear you enjoy dams and water physics, and we want to build on that. We’ll expand the water-related gameplay. You already heard the rumours about the Iron Teeth, right? We’ll have at least two different factions with different style, unique buildings, and gameplay traits. Here’s a non-exhaustive list of what we’re planning to do before we deem Timberborn ready for Early Access launch. What are we going to do with the additional time? Look as far as i am concerned, you're pretty much done with the game, not because i am satisfied, but because you haven't put out a road map, which tells me you don't have any real plans to do anything, else you would be spruiking them, i think you're going to tweak the already more than enough QoL things to make your beavers quiver with delight, hit it with some polish n go DONE, NEXT!Īnd if my assumptions are true it's a very very sad thing, the game has massive potential but for now has nothing to really offer apart from a flash in the pan water dynamic, the game lacks in replayability and the community more than reflects that view, i've said it before, and again i looove making maps, but your maps have nothing to offer, your environment while shiny is just a waste of space, if i can't get anything out of a map, the player wont be able to get anything out of it either, you popped out a concept map earlier, but it is just that a concept / almost gimmick, sadly it's still the same thing and i see no innovation coming from players or maps based on what the game has to offer for now, except for 'oooh pointless shiny'
